Designed to maximize impurity holding capacity, the filter provides optimal filtration results and service life for a healthy and safe water-filtering experience. Contains no binders, agents, solvents, wetting agents, or antistatic materials.
• [SAFE USE] For drinking water applications, but can also be used for a hot tub, spa, pool, and aquarium. Do not use where water is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the water filter. Flush the filter with at least 3 gallons of water prior to usage.
• [COMPATIBILITY] This 5 micron water filter, made of polypropylene and measuring 20 x 4.5 inches, is suitable for various industrial and whole house filter housings. It is designed to fit most standard 20" housings and can be used with popular brands such as 3M, APEC, Aqua-Pure, Culligan, GE, Hydronix, iSpring, Pentek, Whirlpool, and others.
